Warter Fuels, as part of the implementation of the ” Occupational Health and Safety Policy”, is committed to taking due care of the safety not only of the employees performing work on the site, but also of the local areas and the environment. We strive to eliminate any foreseeable threats that could lead to losses in the natural environment or loss of production facility safety. Therefore, the company has an occupational health and safety management system in place, the main objective of which is to minimise the risk of accidents.

In order to ensure proper communication and information through conscious, sustainable performance focused on and taking into account the needs and requirements of the wide-ranging social as well as ecological interests in the company’s environment, we would like to inform that Warter Fuels S.A. has been classified as a high-risk establishment for serious industrial accidents. The production facility operator has therefore notified the competent authorities and prepared and submitted an accident prevention programme, a safety report and internal operational and emergency plans.

Warter Fuels complies with the definitions of downstream user, substance manufacturer and product manufacturer according to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH).

We ensure that we comply with all the obligations imposed by Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18th December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), establishing a European Chemicals Agency, amending Directive 1999/45/EC and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No. 793/93 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1488/94 as well as Council Directive 76/769/EEC and Commission Directives 91/155/EEC, 93/67/EEC, 93/105/EC and 2000/21/EC, and by Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16th December 2008 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC, and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), establishing a European Chemicals Agency.

We ensure that we take the necessary steps to obtain information on the chemical substances contained in our products, together with the required documents in accordance with current REACH regulations.
